The 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE), themed “New Era, Shared Future,” kicked off in Shanghai on November 5. Under the witness of Xiamen city leaders, core subsidiary C&D Inc. (600153.SH), signed strategic cooperation agreements with several globally renowned enterprises to accelerate the expansion of its industry “network” and “ecosystem.” C&D Inc., along with its controlled subsidiary Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Limited, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with H World Group Limited to engage in deep collaboration in areas such as supply chain services and commercial project resource coordination.

C&D Agricultural Products Group under C&D Inc. has signed cooperation agreements with international grain merchants including Louis Dreyfus, Cargill, Olam Agri, Cutrale, CHS, and Syngenta. Through the procurement of high-quality soybeans, corn, cotton, and coffee beans, they aim to jointly enhance industry efficiency and ensure the continuous and stable growth of cooperation scale with their partners, thereby safeguarding a stable and secure food supply.
